Gauravaniyuraalaina, Respected Srimathi Padmavati Devi Garu who is my Mammagaru, together with my Father who she affectionately referred to as Appa, and Mother who she called by her name Durga, did share much with us regarding our Grandfather Srinivas Rao.In so sharing, Grandma Padmavathi, in her tender, gentle, delicate, sensitive, calm, peaceful, Prayerful tone, tenor and disposition, was first to encourage me to Pray. She strengthened in me the Discipline in Prayer, in Knowing that the Supreme Knowing, Knower of Self, yet in Consciousness, in Conscience, is Within. 
Advaita Vedanta. Indivisibility. Inseparability.
She was the first to speak of Shiva, Parvathi, Vishnu, Brahma, Krishna, Tulasi, amplifying in me the Strength (Parvathi) in Awareness (Shiva).
My understanding through my growing-up years, conveyed to me by my parents and my family, is that it was she who, together with my parents, chose our names. 
My birth family taught us, strengthened in us the Trust, the Belief that in such a Faith, we are not different from one another.
